The e-shop dreamlife.gr does not accept product returns of opened or used items. If this is the case, you should with the products’ warranty address directly the respective agency.
Product returns or replacements are accepted only after contacting the company and under the term that the product has not been opened or used.
In addition, returns are not accepted in cases of product packaging being damaged or misused.
The transport costs, of all product returns to our company, are at the expense of the buyer.
dreamlife.gr reserves the right to not accept product returns when it considers that there are reasons.

For any order cancellation (partially or in total), you should contact us directly by e-mail: support@gtc-ike.com.
The possibility of order cancellation is given by the time point you receive the confirmation e-mail from our site. Any cancellation after this time point, it is not possible.
