Returns – Changes

SHIPPING OF PARCEL AND RETURN PRODUCTS IS MADE AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE STORE BY PHONE AT 210 300 5709.

You have the right to return a product if it is defective or to request a replacement or a refund of the amount you spent on its purchase. In case you decide to return the product, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products.
  2. Under no circumstances can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. This means that the product must:
    • Not washed.
    • To have all his tags.
    • Its packaging must not be damaged.
  3. The product must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it, such as the receipt of retail sale, the Bill of Lading, etc

  • Package the product to protect it during shipping.
  • In case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, you send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order.
  • Otherwise you can use any agency you wish.
  • The return costs are charged by the company only in case of our error or defective product.
  • In any other case, the return shipping and initial delivery costs are borne by the customer.
