The necessary enclosed documents required to send your device to the Technical Department for service:

Copy of the Receipt – Invoice of the purchase, receipt of the purchase by the final client, as well as a written report of the problem you came across with in the device.
The devices are covered by a two-year warranty with the exemption of Apple products whose manufacturer’s warranty is one year. Factory warranty covers manufacture defects and not damages due to client’s liability (misuse, fall, intervention to internal parts by unauthorized persons or non-indicated use, oxidation, moisture, wear and breakage).

Issues regarding the provision of Warranty of products and potential product returns for any reason are determined by the respective provisions of the Greek Law and of the European Union Directives.

Every Device sold by us, must enclose the manual in Greek (if provided by the manufacturer), as well as the terms of Warranty of the product (which are usually recorded in the respective pages of each manufacturer).
If you wish to raise a claim, in the framework of the limited Warranty which is enclosed in each product, you must address directly the respective Technical Department of the official Agent or the authorized Repair partners.

The dreamlife.gr shop must deliver all products in excellent condition.

Warranties of all products, which address the European Union, are mandatorily covered by the respective official agents of the manufacturer within EU.

In case, for any reason, you have a problem with the provision of warranty by the official agents of the manufacturer, you may call on 1520 the Consumer Protection Advice Line of the Ministry of Development and they will inform you regarding your rights.

Product returns which do not present to have any problem (no fault found) have an RMA handling fee charged to the customer (as shipment, transport and RMA process expenses).

Cases wherein the DOA provisions apply and for your own prompt service, you must contact us in order to receive further instructions.

Note
DOA: Dead on arrival, are characterized those products which reached the consumer dead (meaning they never operated), or those products which stopped operating within a time period of few days or of specific hours of operation. The days and the hours of maximum operation are defined by the respective manufacturer and apply for all the countries which are included in the warranty.

In every case, the decision to repair or to replace the device which falls under the above categories is made after control check by the manufacturer and not by imobile4you.gr.

Our e-shop is a re-seller of products which it distributes, and does not, in any case, cover warranties or prompt product replacements.
